I saw www.doxiemeldesigns.blogspot.com make something like this (but so much better). The tower is just the unfinished wood from Michael's, painted black and covered with Teresa Collins paper. I also used her stickers and the swirl is from cricut cart french manor. The words were just a trinket I had.

Thing 2 Cupcake Holder
I made this with my SCAL and Silhouette. There is a free font called grinched. I downloaded it to make all of my shower stuff. Just so you know, put the blue cotton candy on for the "hair" at the last minute. The dab of icing to hold it on will melt it. I didn't get a good pic before this happened.
Baby Shower Invitation
I made these with SCAL on my Silhouette from a coloring page found online. I used d'vine swirls on the cuttlebug. As you can see it says "it's a boy". Our first adoptive Mother changed her mind. I believe things happen for a reason. While our family was upset at our loss, we are so lucky to have ended up with baby Charlotte. She is absolutely perfect.
My little lady bug!
Etsy has all these super cute little crochet "critter" patterns! I bought a few so here is the first one I made. There will be many more to come! How stinkin' cute is my little lady bug? The pic is a little dark, I took it with my phone.
Crochet hat for super bowl
I crocheted this little hat for her to "girl" up her little boy football outfit. Flower is from canvas corp.
My First Tutu!
So here is my first attempt at a tutu. I also sewed the flower bow. My beautiful girl Charlotte is a wonderful model, don't you think? Her room is being decorated (pics to come when finished) in Dr. Seuss so I made the tutu to match those colors!
Our Little Blessing
We adopted a little girl! Her name is Charlotte Alyse. She was born on Jan 15th. Our family is so blessed to be able to call this precious little girl our daughter.
